Terms & abuse policy

1. Service

NEXDESK LLC provides dedicated server rental and related network services. By ordering or using a server you agree to these terms and our acceptable use rules below.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful business and personal workloads. You are responsible for software you install, traffic you generate, and content you host.

3. Prohibited activity

• Unauthorized access, scanning, or attacks against third-party systems
• Distribution of malware, phishing, or credential theft
• Spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Copyright or trademark infringement after a valid notice
• Activity that materially degrades network or facility operations for other customers

4. Abuse notices

If we receive an abuse report, we will email the account contact with details and a reasonable window to remediate. In most cases service continues while the issue is fixed. For severe or repeated abuse we may rate-limit, null-route, or suspend the server to protect the network.

5. Billing & cancellation

Plans are billed in USD as shown at order. Unused prepaid time is non-refundable unless required by law. Cancel before the next billing cycle via info@nexdesk.net; we will confirm the end date in writing.

6. Liability

Service is provided as-is within commercially reasonable uptime and support. NEXDESK LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond restoring from available on-site backups when contracted.
